1. Shipping Methods

· Local Delivery: Our in-house logistics vehicles or preffered cariers ensure secure and timely deliveries.


· Pickup in Showroom: Order products online and collect them directly from our showroom with the “Pick-Up in Showroom” option.

2. Shipping Information

· Local Delivery: All purchased bikes will be assembled and delivered.
· Pickup in Showroom:
1. Receive a confirmation email upon placing your order.
2. Get an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
3. For order collection, please check in with one of our staff members at the showroom. Please bring your ID and the email notification for verification.

3. Local Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery within Singapore for orders above $300. For orders below $300, a small fee of $5 is applicable.
· Please refer to our website for any changes in delivery rates associated with special promotions.

4. Delivery Time

· Expect your order within 3 to 5 business days, with delivery scheduled between 12 PM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.

 5. International Shipping Policy

Customs Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT/GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees charged by us and are the sole responsibility of the recipient (importer).

We do not collect, control, or determine these charges, as they are assessed by your local customs authorities and vary from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order if you require information regarding potential import charges.

Customs Clearance

The recipient is responsible for complying with all import laws, regulations, customs requirements, and documentation required by the destination country.

Any delays caused by customs inspections, import clearance procedures, or local authorities are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes where customs processing is involved.

Refused Shipments

If an international shipment is refused by the recipient, abandoned, returned to us, or destroyed by the carrier due to:
* refusal to pay customs duties or taxes;
* refusal to accept delivery;
* failure to provide required customs documentation;
* failure to respond to the carrier or customs authorities; or
* any other action or inaction by the recipient,
the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Any costs incurred, including but not limited to return shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage fees, storage fees, administrative charges, disposal costs, or carrier penalties, remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges paid at checkout cover transportation of your order only.

They do not include customs duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed after the shipment reaches the destination country.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
customs inspections;
 import clearance;
 government authorities;
weather conditions;
carrier delays;
 public holidays; or
* events beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details may be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Order Confirmation

For selected international destinations, we may contact customers before dispatch to confirm that they understand and accept this International Shipping Policy.
Orders may be held until such confirmation has been received.

Acceptance of These Terms

By placing an international order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this International Shipping Policy, including your responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, import charges, and applicable fees imposed by the destination country.
